Required Documents

Below are the preliminary items needed to go forward with the Reverse Mortgage process:

• Current Mortgage Statement(s) (if applicable)
• Copy of Homeowners Insurance
• Statements for any payoffs
• Social Security Award Letter (if applicable)
• Income and Asset Statements: 1099, W-2, 401k, etc. (all pages)
• Bank Statement(s): (if applicable, all pages of latest 2 consecutive months)
• Full copy of Trust, POA, and Conservatorship document (if applicable)
• Copy of Driver’s License
• Copy of Social Security Card
• Verify Hot Water Heater is double-strapped
• Verify Carbon Monoxide/Smoke Detectors are installed

Note: During the underwriting process, the underwriter may request additional documents.
